Beautiful gardens and historical character

Absolutely adored my stay! Comfortable bed, character-filled room, and lovely views of the gardens. The dinner was spot on too!

But oh dear, those tiny stairs! I almost took a tumble while trying to reach my room!

howfield manor is a hidden gem! the period dining room offers excellent meals, and the large fluffy bath towels were a nice touch. the grounds are beautifully maintained, making it a lovely place to relax. the service was friendly and efficient, truly enhancing our experience.

Amazing Wedding Venue

Got married here and honestly, the staff was phenomenal! They were super friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, had an evening meal that was just perfect. The only bummer was the parking was a bit tight, but everything else made up for it!

The charming grounds were perfect for a peaceful stroll, and the beautiful decor throughout added to the unique ambiance. My favorite moment was enjoying a cozy evening drink in the quiet bar. It was a great spot to unwind.

only thing was the lighting in the room could've been better and the shower was a bit noisy.

The grounds were absolutely stunning, truly picturesque and calming, perfect for a family getaway. I mean, it's not every day you get to relax outside by the gardens with your loved ones while everybody is smiling, taking care of us like it’s their personal mission.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but honestly worth it in the end.

We had a fantastic getaway with friends! The gardens are stunning, and we enjoyed playing table tennis at the hotel. Breakfast was delightful, especially the pancakes. Just a short drive to explore charming local attractions, making it perfect for a group vacation.

Our room's bathroom was quite narrow, which made things a bit cramped, but it was clean and had good water pressure.
